Withdrawal Terms

How Independent Representative withdrawals are requested, reviewed and paid under the approved version 1.0 rules.

LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED
This is a management-review draft prepared for LIVE WELL SALONE. It is not legally binding and must be reviewed and approved by LIVE WELL SALONE management and qualified Sierra Leone counsel before launch. It cannot be accepted as final terms while it is in review.

Who may withdraw

Only an active Independent Representative with an available cash balance may request a withdrawal. Real withdrawals remain switched off until management authorises them in writing.

Approved version 1.0 limits

Minimum withdrawal: Le 100. Maximum single withdrawal: Le 10,000. Maximum total per day: Le 10,000. Maximum total per calendar month: Le 50,000. Withdrawal fee: 0% at launch. These values are set by management, are recorded with an audit trail, and apply from the date they take effect. Changing a rule later does not rewrite withdrawals or financial records that already exist.

What can be withdrawn

Only cleared, available cash balance can be withdrawn. Funds that are pending, already reserved for another request, or subject to a security hold are not available. Shopping Points are not money, are not convertible to cash and cannot be withdrawn.

Transaction PIN

Every withdrawal requires your Transaction PIN. The PIN is stored only as a one-way hash and is checked on our servers. It is never visible to staff, agents or administrators, and nobody will ever ask you for it.

Verified payout destination

Withdrawals are paid only to a payout destination that has been verified. Your registration phone number is not treated as verified automatically. The verification procedure is set by management.

Changing your payout number

Changing a payout destination starts a 24-hour security hold before it can be used for a withdrawal. The full change history is kept permanently, and staff processing a withdrawal cannot change your payout destination.

Identity verification

Identity verification is required before an Independent Representative's first real commission withdrawal. Your verification state is one of: not started, pending, verified, rejected, or review required. The specific documents accepted are set by management and compliance following legal and regulatory review and are published in the platform when confirmed.

How a withdrawal is processed

Wallet → withdrawal request → Transaction PIN → identity and security checks → funds reserved → finance review and approval → authorised payout processing → provider transaction reference recorded → ledger settlement → receipt. Each step is recorded and cannot be skipped.

Finance approval

Every withdrawal requires finance approval. The person who approves a withdrawal must be different from the person who requested or prepared the action. This separation is enforced by the platform.

Reservation of funds

When your request is accepted, the amount is reserved so it cannot be spent or requested twice. If the request is rejected or cancelled, the reservation is released back to your available balance.

Delays for review

A withdrawal that would otherwise be eligible may be delayed while a fraud, security or compliance review is carried out, where that is permitted by applicable rules. You are told that a review is under way through your withdrawal record.

Settlement and receipt

An approved withdrawal is settled by an authorised person who records the provider transaction reference. A withdrawal receipt is then issued. A settlement cannot be recorded twice for the same withdrawal.

Reversals

Where a settlement has to be reversed, the original records are preserved and a linked reversal entry is created. Financial history is never deleted.

Changes to these rules

Management may publish new limits, fees or procedures with a new effective date. Existing withdrawals are assessed against the rules in force when they were requested.
