Acceptable Use Policy
What is and is not allowed on LIVE WELL SALONE.
Lawful use
Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with Sierra Leone law and the law of any country you operate in.
Prohibited listings
Illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, recalled or restricted goods and services may not be listed, and nothing requiring a licence may be listed without that licence.
Health and medical claims
No listing, message or promotional material may claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness.
Income claims
No user may promise, imply or project guaranteed earnings from the Independent Representative programme, or present introducing people as income.
Payment fraud
Fake payments, fabricated or reused provider transaction references, altered screenshots, duplicate refund claims and any attempt to obtain money or credit you are not owed are prohibited. Attempts are recorded and flagged.
Impersonation
Do not impersonate LIVE WELL SALONE, its staff, an authorised agent, another user, a seller or a provider, and do not create accounts in someone else's name.
Off-platform payment
Do not ask a customer to pay a personal number, and do not accept payment outside the official merchant channel.
Account security
Keep your password and Transaction PIN private. Never share them with anyone, including anyone claiming to be staff or an agent. Do not share or sell your account.
Respectful conduct
Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, and abuse of staff, agents, sellers, providers or other customers are prohibited.
Reviews and ratings
Do not post false reviews, pay for reviews, review your own listings, or pressure anyone to change a review.
Platform integrity
Do not attempt to bypass access rules, probe the interface for unauthorised data, automate mass requests, or interfere with the platform's operation.
Reporting
Report anything that breaks these rules through the support centre. Reports about payment fraud are prioritised.
Enforcement
Breach may lead to content removal, listing suspension, account suspension, reversal of affected rewards, permanent closure and, where appropriate, a report to the authorities.
