Compensation Plan Terms

How the LIVE WELL SALONE compensation rules are defined, applied, versioned and reversed.

LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED
This is a management-review draft prepared for LIVE WELL SALONE. It is not legally binding and must be reviewed and approved by LIVE WELL SALONE management and qualified Sierra Leone counsel before launch. It cannot be accepted as final terms while it is in review.

No guaranteed earnings

Nothing in this plan guarantees income. Earnings depend entirely on confirmed qualifying transactions. Introducing people is not, by itself, income, and no income claim may be made by anyone.

Versioned rules

Every rate, threshold and rule is stored with an effective date. A transaction is always assessed against the rules in force at the moment it happened. A later change never rewrites what has already been processed.

IR qualification

Independent Representative status is achieved through a confirmed qualifying product purchase recorded by the platform. Payment must be verified through the authorised process before anything qualifies.

PV and SP

Qualifying purchases and services record volume as PV (product volume) and SP (service volume). Volume is written to an append-only ledger, is credited exactly once per confirmed transaction, and can only be changed by a linked reversal.

Referral relationships

Each IR has one permanent referrer. Referral relationships are recorded once and cannot be edited or transferred.

Direct Referral Commission

A direct referral commission is calculated on a qualifying event from a personally referred IR, once the configured direct qualification threshold of 1,950 PV/SP is met. Only one commission is generated per qualifying event. The rate depends on the referrer's rank at the time of the event, at the configured version 1.0 rates: Regular Le 150, Silver Star Le 225, Gold Star Le 275, VIP Le 300.

Rank progression

Ranks are Regular, Silver Star, Gold Star and VIP. Progression follows the published rank rules for the version in force. Your highest achieved rank is recorded permanently and separately from the current rank used for processing.

Binary qualification and activation

Binary participation unlocks when the published qualification conditions are met. Once unlocked, it stays unlocked permanently, even if a later month's maintenance is missed.

Binary matching

Volume accumulates on a left leg and a right leg. A cycle is matched when the configured volume of 5,850 is present on each leg. Matching consumes the matched volume; unmatched volume carries forward as carryover under the configured carryover rules. Any configured cycle cap applies per processing period.

Shopping Points

Under the configured rule, every sixth matched Binary cycle is issued as Shopping Points rather than cash. Shopping Points are a platform benefit, are recorded in a separate ledger, are not money, are not convertible to cash and can never be withdrawn.

Rank maintenance

Monthly maintenance rules determine the rank at which an IR is processed for a period. Failing maintenance affects the current processing rank only; the highest achieved rank and any permanent Binary unlock are retained.

Wednesday commission processing

Direct referral and Binary commission records are prepared in the Wednesday processing batch for the qualifying period, using the rules in force for that period.

Friday bonus processing

Bonus records, including activation and leadership bonuses where they apply, are prepared in the Friday processing batch.

Simulation status

All compensation records are currently produced in simulation and are marked as simulated. A simulated amount is not money, is not a balance you can spend, and does not create a debt owed by LIVE WELL SALONE. Real payouts require explicit written management authorisation.

Refunds and reversals

If a qualifying transaction is refunded, the related volume and any commission, bonus, cycle or point record is reversed through linked reversal entries. Original records are preserved and remain visible.

Errors

Where an error is found, it is corrected by a recorded adjustment or reversal, never by deleting history.

Changes

Management may publish a new version of these rules with a future effective date. The version applied to any record is shown with that record.
