How recognition and rewards work for LIVE WELL SALONE Independent Representatives.
Qualifying volume (PV/SP)
Recognition is based on volume recorded against confirmed purchases and services. Volume is only credited once a payment has been verified and confirmed, and it is recorded permanently against that transaction.
Direct referral reward
A direct referral reward can arise when a person you introduced completes a qualifying transaction that reaches the configured qualifying volume. Only one reward is created per qualifying event.
Ranks
There are four recognition ranks: Regular, Silver Star, Gold Star and VIP. Rank rates and requirements are held as versioned rules and always applied as they stood on the date of the transaction.
Binary activation
Team matching becomes available only after the published activation requirements are met, including Leadership Camp verification where required. Once unlocked, it stays unlocked.
Matching
Matching compares recorded volume on each side of your team against the configured per-leg requirement. Unmatched volume carries forward under the published carry-over rules.
Maintenance
Monthly maintenance rules determine which benefits stay active. Your highest rank achieved and your current paid-as rank are recorded separately.
Wednesday Commission and Friday Bonus
Qualifying rewards are grouped into scheduled runs: a Wednesday commission run and a Friday bonus run, each calculated and reviewed before release.
Shopping Points
Shopping Points are a separate reward and are not cash. They are not withdrawable and cannot be converted into money.
Refunds and reversals
If a qualifying sale is refunded, the related volume and any related reward are reversed through linked reversal records. The original entries are kept for audit.
