Marketplace & Vendor Terms
Rules for sellers listing products on the LIVE WELL SALONE marketplace.
Seller approval
You must apply and be approved before your store or listings become visible. Approval is a check on your application, not an endorsement of any individual product, and it may be suspended or withdrawn where these terms are breached.
Your listings
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and safety of everything you list: title, description, images, category, price, variants and stock. Listings must not be misleading and must not make medical or health claims.
Moderation
Listings may be reviewed before they go live and may be rejected or suspended with a recorded reason. Rejected listings can be corrected and resubmitted.
Prohibited items
Illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, recalled or restricted goods may not be listed. Anything requiring a licence may only be listed where you hold that licence.
Prices and stock
Prices are shown in Le and are calculated by the platform at checkout. Keep stock accurate; the platform reserves stock when an order is placed and will not oversell a variant.
Orders and fulfilment
Confirmed orders must be fulfilled within your published handling time, or cancelled promptly with a reason recorded in the platform so the customer can be informed and refunded where due.
Payment
Customers pay LIVE WELL SALONE through the official merchant channel. Payment is confirmed only after an authorised agent has verified it against official records. You must never ask a customer to pay you directly or to pay a personal number.
Commission and settlement
Seller commission rates, settlement timing and any platform fee are management decisions. Where a value is not configured in the platform, no such charge applies and none may be quoted to a customer.
Refunds and returns
Refunds follow the published Refund & Cancellation Policy. Financial records are preserved and reversed through linked entries, never deleted.
Customer data
You receive only the customer information needed to fulfil the order. You must not use it for marketing, share it, or keep it beyond what fulfilment and record keeping require.
Reviews
Reviews come from verified purchases. You must not offer incentives for reviews, post reviews of your own products, or pressure a customer to change a review.
Suspension
Fraudulent, unsafe, or repeatedly non-compliant sellers may be suspended immediately. Suspension does not remove your obligation to fulfil or refund existing orders.
Changes
Management may publish a new version of these terms with an effective date. Previous versions are retained.
