Terms of Service
The rules that apply to everyone who uses LIVE WELL SALONE.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and the LIVE WELL SALONE operating entity whose registered name and address are published in the platform once management has entered them. Until that information is published, no entity details should be inferred from this page.
2. Accepting these terms
You accept these terms by creating an account or by using the platform. Where a version of this document has been approved, your acceptance is recorded against that version number and the date you accepted it. A document still marked as in legal review is provided for information only and is not binding on you.
3. Your account
You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for your password and your Transaction PIN. Never share them. LIVE WELL SALONE staff and authorised agents will never ask for your password, PIN or one-time codes. One person may hold one account unless management has approved otherwise in writing.
4. What LIVE WELL SALONE is
LIVE WELL SALONE is a marketplace platform. It lists products from approved sellers and services from approved providers, including stays, transport and delivery, education, wellness and vehicles. Sellers and providers are responsible for what they list and for delivering what they sell. Where LIVE WELL SALONE is not itself the seller, it acts as the platform through which the transaction is arranged and payment is verified.
5. Approval is not endorsement
Account approval, listing approval and professional credential verification are three separate checks. Passing one does not imply the others, and a badge is only shown where the underlying evidence has actually been verified by an authorised administrator.
6. Orders and bookings
Prices, totals, taxes and fees are calculated by the platform at the time you order or book. A booking or order is only confirmed once the platform records it as confirmed. Availability and capacity are enforced by the platform; where two people request the last item or slot, only one request succeeds.
7. Payment
Payment is made through the official channel described in the Payment Terms. A message, screenshot or conversation on WhatsApp or any other channel never confirms a payment by itself. Payment is confirmed only after the authorised LIVE WELL SALONE verification process has matched it against official transaction records.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Financial records are never deleted: a refund or reversal is recorded as a new linked entry that preserves the original history.
9. Membership and the Independent Representative programme
Membership as an Independent Representative is optional and is governed by the IR Agreement and the Compensation Plan Terms. Nothing on the platform guarantees income of any kind.
10. Acceptable use
You must use the platform lawfully and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy. Fraud, false payment claims, unsafe or illegal listings and abuse of other users are prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension and to a report to the relevant authorities.
11. Content you provide
You keep ownership of the text and images you upload. You give LIVE WELL SALONE permission to display them on the platform for the purpose of operating the service. You must have the right to upload anything you upload.
12. Suspension and closure
Access may be suspended where these terms are breached, where an account is being investigated for fraud, or where the law requires it. You may close your account at any time. Closing an account does not remove financial or audit records the platform is required to keep.
13. Availability
The platform is provided as it is. LIVE WELL SALONE works to keep it available but does not promise uninterrupted service.
14. Liability
The limits of liability that apply, and any consumer rights that cannot be limited, are subject to Sierra Leone law and must be settled in legal review before this document is approved.
15. Changes to these terms
Management may publish a new version. Each version keeps its own number, status, effective date and approval record, and earlier versions accepted by users are retained. A new version never silently replaces the version you accepted.
16. Governing law
The governing law and the forum for disputes are subject to Sierra Leone legal review and are not asserted here.
17. Contact
Use the support centre in the platform to raise a case. Support contact details are published in the platform once management has entered them.
